Ritual Ideas
We have set up this forum as a place to share ritual ideas with each other so that one idea may spark another. By practicing our creative energies here, we intend that they will flow all the more smoothly when we are in ritual space.
To help things flow, please follow the 3 R’s. All posts and comments should be:
- Responsive. If an idea triggers an idea in you, leave a comment or start a new post. Share. Welcome and allow others to share.
- Respectful. Not all ideas will spark with you. That's fine. The next one might, or it may spark others. Make people feel safe enough to share, so that next one will come...
- Relevant. Divergent thinking is an interesting part of the creative process, but discussing baseball scores or where you can get a cheap refrigerator is probably not going sparking the kind of creativity we’re looking for.
Please have as an intent and focus of your posts and comments the goal of sharing ideas for offerings to bring on in ritual space.

I'm gonna lay down my sword and shield,
Down by the fireside, down by the fireside,
Gonna lay down my sword and shield,
Down by the fireside and study war no more.
Oak and Holly Smudge
2 figures clothed to appear as Oak and Holly Kings spiral in from Mars line with smudge pots and do a turn around the fire counterclockwise then come to a stop and bow to one another. Together they speak - finshing each others' sentences. Depending on time of year and incilnation the talk may go something like:
